I’ve actually been to all of the Healthy Living Summits — I attended the first two years, too!

—

Healthy Living Summit #1 — August 2009, Boston, MA

Fun fact — the first year of the summit I went just as a reader, not as a blogger 🙂 The very first summit was in August 2009 and I didn’t start my blog until shortly after that in October 2009! I was already friends with a few of the organizers (Jenna, Meghann) from living in Florida that summer so I figured it would be fun to go. It was! 🙂

(I miss you, Jenna!)

Plus, it was in Boston that year, so I got to stay with my college BFF Kris 🙂

Healthy Living Summit #2 — August 2010, Chicago, IL

Last year, I attended the summit not only as a blogger, but also as a speaker! I led a panel on the ups and downs of blogging. I had a blast exploring Chicago with blog friends and meeting new ones, too.

I hope they have a photo booth again this year 😉

Stay tuned for new recaps from this year’s summit! I’m excited to see a bunch of blogger buddies and meet some new ones, too. Catch you guys later from Philadelphia 🙂
