Hoooooolllyyy crap.

Behold the SNOWMAGEDDON!!! Or the SNOWPOCALYPSE. Whichever you prefer šŸ˜‰

023

Um, yeah. Crazy, right?!

072

It NEVER snows like this in D.C. There’s already almost a foot out there and it’s still going strong!

025

All sorts of hilarious hash tags (aka trending topics) are showing up on Twitter about it, for example: #helpimburied and #sendliquor. Hahaha. #snOMG is also a popular one at the moment. šŸ˜‰

022

Anyway, obviously I had to bundle up and go play out in the cul de sac with my neighbors and their kids. It took me way too long to find all my snow gear. Check out how ridiculous sexy I looked:

It’s okay, you can be jealous. šŸ˜‰

I may or may not have done some sledding šŸ™‚ And by some… I mean like an hour of sledding. He he he.

020

I totally felt like Ralphie’s little brother Randy in A Christmas Story, aka the best movie of all time:

I’m supposed to be at a friend’s place right now for a Christmas brunch and movie watching party, but obviously there’s no way I’m getting out of here! Sadness šŸ™ And tonight I’m supposed to have dinner with my BFF from high school… which also probably will not happen. Bust!

Time to start packing for Tampa for Christmas/California for New Years… although my flight is tomorrow morning and I have no idea if I’ll actually be able to get out of here?!? We’ll see!

Check back later to see the delicious lunch I made in lieu of my friend’s brunch party!

Ok, I've been inspired and I will now choose to go outside and play in the snow. However, I have neither mittens nor a strangely adorable/ridiculous outfit. I'll make do. Also, hope you're feeling better!
Still feeling like crap... sigh. Hoping it will magically go away when I get to Florida? :) Have fun playing in the snow!! -A

Stay warm! That's some major SNOW! I wonder when we will get hit in MA! Man I just did P90X Core Synergistics and I could use some soy nuggets! Have a good weekend, Katie
