That’s right, friends… my snow blog is BACK!!!

011

Last night’s snow fall was cool because it was really fluffy and looked pretty on trees. That sentence made me sound like a five year old. Whatever.

014

It was also cool because the sky was almost the exact same color as the snow!

004

Oooo, ahhhhh…

005

I ended up working from home today since my street didn’t get plowed til like 10 a.m., so I took a quick walk this morning to take some pictures for you all 🙂

009

012

Sadly no sledding this time… but it’s sounding like this weekend the only thing I’ll be able to do is sled, considering the email of impending doom that I just got from my county saying a “severe, blizzard-like” snowstorm was coming this weekend and to “be prepared to seek shelter for 3 to 5 days.”

Wait.

THREE TO FIVE DAYS?!?!?! Apparently I live in Antarctica now.

I heard 3-5 feet this weekend!!! Ugh, good thing I have no definite plans, because looks like I will be snowed in. It sure is pretty, you're right, but not so convenient on the weekends. :( Hope you have a good night girl!
BAHHHHHHH!!! I'm supposed to go skiing Sunday... we'll see if I can get there! Definitely won't have to worry about lack of snow! Why can't it snow like this during the week instead?? -Anne

It was so beautiful driving into Georgetown for work this morning. It looked like white cotton balls were growing from the trees!

Your photos are beautiful. I'm sort of jealous of your ongoing snow -- all of Nashville's beautiful snowfall from last weekend is melted already. Booooo.

It looks so pretty, but is such a huge pain in the ass. Sorry, winter and I are not friends.
Haha yeah I'm starting to feel that way, too... -Anne

That is nuts! I live so much farther north and today is another beautiful sunny day. Washington misses you. We're probably going skiing Saturday...jealous! Although you can probably ski in your yard this weekend.

Wow it's beautiful. My mom just emailed me and said they would probably be snowed in this weekend. I haven't seen any snow this winter--I miss it!
