Good morning!

I got up early this morning to try to study Biochem… and then remembered the Royal Wedding was on TV! Clearly I haven’t gotten much studying done, ha. What did you think of Kate’s dress? I loved it… very classy but not stuffy at all. I loved the lace, so beautiful!

Anyway… look who is back!

Hi Matt! I still like you, even though you aren’t a prince. 😉

Matt ended up getting back from DC earlier than expected last night, so we decided to go out to a late dinner. The nasty humid thunderstormy weather had passed and left a beautiful evening!

008

We had dinner out on the patio at an Asian place nearby called Merlion.

001

I ordered the green curry… yum!

010

And Matt had the beef basil 🙂 Both dishes were really good! We’d been here before and weren’t impressed; this time was really delicious. Guess we ordered better this time!

011

We had such a nice time relaxing outside with our wine and food, and went for a nice little walk afterward too.

Now it’s time to get down to serious business. Biochem or bust!

Have a great Friday 🙂

Kate's dress was so gorgeous. Classy and had some classic characteristics, but the low neckline was divine. She looked so amazing.

Her dress was so lovey. It's nice to see something happy on the morning news. That curry looks amazing, too. Good luck w/ biochem!

LOVED her dress. So simple, elegant and flattering. I expect to see the wedding scene blow-up with look-alikes this summer, and that means we'll see a lot more beautiful dresses :) Good luck on the test!

Her dress was very lovely, it was regal and plain and was very complimentary to her stature. I also loved the very traditional wedding ceremony where they were not afraid to use God and Jesus. Very memorable.

I didn't watch the wedding but that dress is stunning, so perfect for the grand occasion! :) That beef looks so yummy, I want some now even though I just ate a big bowl of oatmeal! :P

I LOVED Kate's dress and thought Pippa looked beautiful. I was very surprised by Pippa's dress being white but I thought the whole thing was beautiful!

hahaha, great picture of Matt, btw! (despite being a non-royal). I was happy Kate went with the McQueen design, I suspected she would! Fitting for a British Royal to wear a London design house, and especially giving it a popularity boost after the tragic loss of Alexander, obviously Sarah Burton is doing a great job! I thought the look was modern and elegant! :) Pippa was also wearing a Sarah Burton design which I loved (although what is the deal with both Bride and MOH in white?!?)

Haha yeah that was kind of weird that Pippa was in white, but she looked amazing as well! I bet Prince Harry is totally hitting on her.

I'm so glad they got married... I think she's gorgeous, and she always dresses very pretty!!! (and I'm not saying that because she's a "brunette") ;-) In addition, I think the Prince is very handsome, so I'm glad he married someone also attractive (and smart) I wish them the best!!!!

Oh I LOVED the dress...very Grace Kellyish. With the high collar, but the lace top. It was gorgeous! I think everything was great, did think it was weird Pippa was in white too, but it was a pretty dress.

I believe the couple have been dating for the past 9 years, it's about time they made it legal don't you think. I guess he woke up and thought OMG I'm almost 30 and her clock is ticking. Teehee
