Hello friends!

Thank you all so, so much for all the congratulations about our engagement announcement! It’s so fun to share this exciting time with all of you, and I’ll be sure to share some planning details along the way, too. As for now — I’m still surprised to see a ring on my finger and easily get distracted by how sparkly it is. 🙂

And now — remember those delicious Whole Wheat Peanut Butter & Jelly Muffins I made a couple weeks ago for my brunch party?

Well, the recipe is now up at the Attune Foods blog! This is one you won’t want to miss, I promise. Go check it out (and make them ASAP!): Whole Wheat Peanut Butter & Jelly Cereal Muffins.

I’ll be back tomorrow with regularly scheduled blogging — until then, have a great night! I’m off to kickboxing. Missed my track workout this morning to do some last minute studying for my exam since clearly yesterday was kind of a wash with all the excitement! 😉

I didn't get a chance to congratulate you yet on your engagement, so CONGRATULATIONS! How exciting! And what a beautiful day and place to get engaged! As for the muffins, these sound so good and like nothing I've seen before, so I'm looking forward to trying them out! I LOVE PB&J, so I'm sure I'd love these muffins too. :)

These should have been posted as some sort of back-to-school special! They remind me of the good ol' days when I would eat one everyday! :D

I know we're all broken records, but, congratulations! Sounds like an amazing story. :) The muffins sound awesome - I've used the Uncle Sam cereals in baking before, would love to try some baking with the Rice Twice too!
