But actually… I think this time Jerome (my trainer) was the one getting his butt kicked.

Haha. This is too funny! I don’t have sound on my office computer so I can’t hear any audio to the video but I still loved it. Great job keeping up with these intense workouts! I think Jerome is having a great time too!

Before moving from Toronto, I actually started boxing but had to give that up when I came to Windsor for sure. Reading this post has inspired me to see if I can find a reasonably priced place in Windsor. AMAZING workout!

How much longer are you doing LaBoxing for? Are you planning to join after your free membership is up?
It goes through July (I think!). I’m definitely going to join when I’m done with the partnership – it’s so much fun and a great workout. I’ll only be in DC til mid August, but I already found an LA Boxing down in NC that I want to join when I move
