    oh i always have a few muffins, and some bites or bars in the freezer for snacks! i love muffins, but frozen energy bits are best for the summer :) i love blueberries, so my favorite that you shared is the lemon blueberry bars, bookmarked!!

    Yum, those chocolate chunk cookies look and sound amazing! I love easy, portable snacks and my favorite are no bake oatmeal protein balls–I add in protein powder to make them more filling!

    These are some great ideas – thanks for sharing.

    I start back at school in September and I always like to bring lunches and snacks with me because it’s hard to find anything healthy on campus.

    So many great ideas and what a perfect post since it’s time to start thinking about back to school snacks and last-minute road trips! I’m also on the recipe roundup wagon and recently posted an Apple Recipe Roundup (I think the heat in DC is making me wish it were fall already!).

    Oh my gosh so many delicious looking snacks!!! I love making energy bites…especially ones with chocolate and coconut ;) But definitely going to try that lemon blueberry quinoa breakfast bar!
