Drool. If you haven’t tried sweet potatoes seasoned with cumin yet, you are missing out.

Ingredients:

  • 1 sweet potato
  • Cracked pepper
  • Ground cumin

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375. Slice sweet potato into fry shapes. Place on baking tray and sprinkle with cracked pepper and cumin.

Bake about 20 to 25 mins, and then enjoy with massive amounts of ketchup, because ketchup rules.

      I heart sweet potato fries- they’re super easy, pretty nutritious AND scrumptious. I use rosemary and a sprinkle of cayenne pepper for a little kick. YUM.
