Sweet potato fries are a great, healthy substitute for when you’re craving regular fries. And they’re just as tasty! They go great with burgers (chicken, salmon, beef, etc.), chicken tenders, sandwiches… the possibilities are endless.
The best part: this recipe is super simple (just a couple ingredients), and is mostly hands-off.
How to Make Mexican-Style Baked Sweet Potato Fries
This recipe is a no-recipe recipe; it’s so easy that no measurement is necessary.
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F, then toss your sliced sweet potatoes with a hefty drizzle of olive oil and few shakes of ground cumin and black pepper.
Place in a baking tray, spreading them out so they are evenly spaced.
Baked for 20 to 25 minutes, or until sufficiently tender and browned.
Enjoy these baked sweet potato fries with your favorite dipping sauce! I’m partial to ketchup, but salsa would be fun here to continue the Mexican theme.
